The Role of Psychosocial Factors in Wellbeing and Self-Care in Young Adults with Type 1 Diabetes

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between glycaemic control, locus of control beliefs, diabetes knowledge and wellbeing in young adults with type 1 diabetes. A cross-sectional study of forty-two young adults (16-25 years) with type 1 diabetes recruited from two diabetes clinics in London.
