The role of mediation morale: The effect of Islamic leadership and emotional intelligence on employee performance

Abstract: The approach in this study is an explanatory research that is used to describe the effect of the Islamic leadership and emotional intelligence on morale and performance employees. 91 employees at the Faculty of Faculty of Faculty of Education & Teacher Training and Faculty of Science & Technology of the Alauddin State Islamic University of Makassar as a sample.
