The Role of Managers Ethical Leadership Behaviour on Hotel Employees Perception of Organizational Justice

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to reveal the role of managers' ethical leadership behaviours on the employees' perceptions of organizational justice in five-star hotels in Ankara.
