This research article aimed to identify HR management training approaches that can enhance sustainable public service administration skills in Indonesia. The study reviewed the literature on HR management training approaches, including e-learning, job rotation, cross-functional teams, and performance management. The researcher may conduct a literature review focusing on the study's objectives, such as locating HR management training methods that improve Indonesia's sustainable public service administration skills. The literature review should be comprehensive, including current and pertinent publications. The research also explored the potential barriers to practical HR management training in Indonesia and the role of technology in HR management training. The findings of this study suggest that e-learning can provide cost-effective training opportunities, job rotation can enhance employees' skills and knowledge, cross-functional teams can facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration, and performance management can set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching. The study also highlights the need for further research to evaluate the effectiveness of different HR management training approaches, identify barriers to practical training, and explore the role of technology in HR management training.

The manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in the economy of many countries, but there is a lack of expertise in implementing smart supply chains and smart technologies. This study aims to investigate the relationship between smart supply chains, smart technologies, and operational performance in the manufacturing industry. A survey questionnaire was conducted among registered manufacturing industries, and the results were analyzed using Smart PLS to test 10 hypotheses. Four hypotheses were supported out of 119 responses received through simple random sampling. The study suggests implementing instrumented supply chains using smart technologies can enhance operational performance. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, academics, and industry practitioners to improve the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. This research emphasizes the importance of smart supply chains and smart technologies in achieving operational excellence, and further studies are necessary to address the identified limitations and contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of smart technologies in the supply chain’s digitalization.

This research examined the influence of good corporate governance (GCG) mechanisms and their relation to Integrated Reporting (IR) on company value in the BUMN sub-sector, consisting of banking and non-banking. The data used in this study were secondary in the form of time series sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2017-2021. The number of companies analyzed in this study was 23 companies. The GCG components analyzed consisted of managerial ownership (KM), institutional ownership (KINS), and independent commissioners (KIND), as well as integrating reporting (IR) as moderating variables. Data processing in this study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings show that non-bank and accumulative firms, institutional ownership variables, and independent commissioners all have a significant impact on firm value. Meanwhile, in banking firms, the variable of managerial ownership has a significant impact on firm value. The impact of GCG on company value has shifted significantly after being moderated by IR. In banking firms, one variable (KM) has a significant effect on firm value, whereas KINS and KIND have no significant effect, and even KINS has a negative interaction. KINS and KIND have a significant effect in non-bank companies, but only KINS has a positive effect. In absolute terms, the influence of IR is positive for KM and KIND, but has no significant implications for KINS.
