The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness: The Case of Information Technology Managers in Jordan

Abstract: The aim of this research is to explore the role of emotional intelligence (awareness of one's own emotion, management of one's own emotion, awareness of other's emotion, and management of other's emotion) on organizational effectiveness in Jordanian public shareholding firms.
