This research wass motivated by the problems faced in learning to write because of the low literacy of students. These problems also stem from the complexity of the writing process, an ineffective learning process, and the challenges of the times that require students to have various literacy skills. Writing is important because it is able to maintain the understanding that has been obtained. Writing is an activity that is considered difficult by students because it requires practice with a long process. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to produce an appropriate and effective learning model design in order to improve students' writing skills. The subjects of this study were students of the Senior High Scohol Nasional Malang. The method used in this research is research and development using modified Borg and Gall research procedures. The approach in this development adopts the Tringo concept from Ki Hadjar Dewantara. With the idea put forward by this researcher, it is hoped that the research subject can experience an increase in writing skills.

The learning paradigm using a digital technology base is now inevitable. The development of the times demands professional improvement for all professional audiences, no exception for teachers. Because the teacher was an educator who taught students as a subject of learning. Students are a new generation who will face challenges in the future. So, to answer these needs, the implementer held training and mentoring related to digital learning literacy for teachers located at Wahid Hasyim Junior High School, Malang. This training and mentoring aims to improve digital-based literacy competencies for teachers as part of their professional development which will be useful to apply in classroom learning. The development model used in this training and mentoring uses ADDIE which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This training and mentoring were expected to improve the performance of digital-based learning literacy for teachers at Wahid Hasyim Junior High School.

The purpose of this research is to develop a multiliterate learning design with the Trigo Ki Hadjar Dewantara concept approach, especially in learning to write exposition texts as an effort to improve the quality of learning in the 21st century. The research method used is research and development by adopting the Dick and Carey development model. This research and development produces several output products, namely learning implementation plans (RPP), student worksheets (LKPD), learning e-modules, and guidelines for using learning designs. The results of the development of this learning design were validated by material experts, media experts and learning design experts with the average number of devices developed a score of 94.1%. RPP obtained an average percentage of 93.3%. Guidelines for the use of learning designs obtained an average percentage of 93%. E-learning modules get an average percentage of 97.6%, and LKPD get an average percentage of 92.5%. The results of the validation indicate that the learning design developed is feasible or valid to be used in the learning process so that it can be continued at the trial stage for students. The testing of students was carried out in three stages, namely individual trials, small group trials and field trials. Individual trials conducted obtained an average percentage of 89%. Then the small group trial obtained an average percentage of 81%. Meanwhile, for field trials, the average percentage was 89%. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the learning design developed is final and does not need revision so that it can be used in the learning process in the classroom. The test results also prove that the learning design developed is attractive and effective to be applied in the learning process in the classroom.
