Various systems and utilization of technology have been developed to increase public participation, transparency, and accountability for government performance. However, corruption is still an important problem that has no end. So that The Anti-Corruption Working Group (ACWG) is committed to eradicating corruption in the next three years. This study uses the Index of Public Integrity by ERCAS as a strong basis for the formation of anti-corruption policies by the ACWG to control acts of corruption in the G20 countries. To provide more direct implications, this study examines the six indicators in it. This study uses panel data with the Fixed Effect Model in IPI testing of the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) in 43 countries that are members of the G20 with a research period of 2016-2022. Panel data testing is continued with the classical assumption test and partial hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that CPI can be increased by increasing online services, e-Citizenship, Judicial Independence, and Press Freedom. While Administrative Transparency and Budget Transparency have a positive relationship but do not significantly affect CPI. The test results show that Public Integrity can be used as a basis for preparing anti-corruption policies by the ACWG by prioritizing the implementation of policies that meet the aspects of public integrity indicators. According to the bioethical principle of individual decisional autonomy, the patient has a right of informed consent to any medical or experimental procedure. The principle is politically liberal by advocating significant individual freedom as guaranteed by law and secured by civil liberties. When practiced in illiberal communities, might it have a political liberalizing effect? I respond first by analyzing cross-national norms of individual decisional autonomy to identify tensions with illiberal community; second, by examining examining Singapore in a single case study to show that liberal bioethics does not promote political liberalization; and third, by showing that the possibility of practicing liberal bioethics in research, clinically as well as in education, does not require a democratic order, and that liberal bioethics is unlikely to encourage the liberalization of illiberal political communities. Hence, it may never contribute to the development of globally effective cross-national norms for the legal regulation of bioethical research and clinical practice. Fourth, to bolster this analysis, I anticipate several possible objections to various of its aspects.

Indonesia has enormous economic potential, but not been able to make the Indonesian people prosperous. This problem occurs because corrupt practices that cause loss of government resources. A good management system needs to be developed to reduce the occurrence of corruption This research aims to investigate the relationship between regional government governance, quality of corruption prevention and regional government performance in 34 provincial governments in Indonesia. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. This research uses secondary data from government institutions for 2021-2022. The results of this research state that the three variables have a significant positive relationship and have a causal relationship.
