The Role of Burnout in the Association between Work-Related Factors and Perceived Errors in Clinical Practice among Spanish Residents

Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of burnout syndrome in a sample of residents from different specialties, to determine the influence of work-related factors on the development of burnout, and to examine the mediating role of burnout in the relation between such work factors and perceived errors in clinical practice.
