The main objective of this paper is to investigate the link between customer accounting information and companies' performance in Sultanate of Oman. This is a cross-sectional study with quantitative method where the quantitative data was accumulated through questionnaire. The sample size of 160 usable questionnaires were received from employees work in the banks that are considered as a sample of the current study. The findings show that there is a positive link between the customers' accounting information and the companies’ performance. The findings pointed out that companies' extent of customer accounting information usage have significantly impact the institutional performance. This research is a new in its type to be applied in Sultanate of Oman context via testing the relation between its predictors of customer accounting information features towards their impact on company performance.

This study aims to investigate the influence of factors related to Accounting Information Systems (AIS) on the level of innovation in organizations. The factors analyzed include the characteristics of the Accounting Information System (AIS) for innovation, resource allocation and integrated reporting, the quality of the Accounting Information System, and the role of Strategic Management Accounting. Data was collected through surveys and analyzed using a systematic literature review method approach. The research results show that AIS characteristics that support innovation, appropriate resource allocation, AIS quality, and the role of Strategic Management Accounting have a significant positive impact on the level of innovation in the organization. These findings emphasize the importance of using an Accounting Information System that supports innovation in improving the innovative performance of an organization.

The tourism industry is a very important sector in the global economy, and marketing management plays a crucial role in the success of the tourism business. This study aims to analyze the main aspects of marketing management in the tourism industry. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach by analyzing related literature and case studies in the tourism industry. Some of the main aspects of marketing management discussed include market segmentation, targeting and positioning; product development and innovation; promotion and marketing communications; and managing customer relationships. The research results show that effective market segmentation enables tourism companies to identify the right target groups and develop relevant marketing strategies. In addition, product development and innovation are important factors in meeting the changing needs and preferences of consumers. Effective promotion and marketing communications play an important role in introducing tourism destinations to potential tourists and influencing their decisions. In addition, managing customer relationships through positive experiences and good service can build long-term customer loyalty. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of marketing management in the tourism industry. The results of this research can serve as a guide for tourism companies in planning and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable business growth.
