“…A statistically significantly higher rate of complete remissions was achieved in patients treated with high doses as compared to studies, which used low-dose schemes (14)(15)(16), which is also consistent with our observations. Mean PFS was 60.6 months and 38.7 months for patients treated with 20-34 Gy and 34-40 Gy, respectively (Table I).…”

“…They showed an overall response rate (ORR) of 88%, with a median duration of clinical benefit of 70·7 weeks . A series of low‐dose TSEB (12 Gy in eight fractions over 2 weeks) in 103 patients has shown a similar very high ORR, with a median duration of response of 18 months in patients with stage IB MF and 10 months in patients with stage IIB MF, with significantly less toxicity than standard‐dose TSEB . Studies of low‐dose TSEB in combination with newer agents are currently under way.…”

“…TSEB is a highly effective treatment for MF with excellent complete response rates for all stages . EORTC consensus guidelines for the use of TSEB in CTCL have been published .…”

“…Currently, low-dose TSEBT is commonly used because this approach involves a short course of radiation, and patients report superior tolerability [14][15][16][17]. While TSEBT is one of the most effective modalities for treatment of cutaneous lymphoma, measuring TLD is time consuming and limits the availability of TSEBT at many institutions.…”
