The Reliability‐Based Design Optimization of considering Rock‐Support Interaction for Rock Tunnels

Abstract: Uncertainty is critical to the tunnel design. In this study, a novel reliability-based design (RBD) method was developed by integrating the rock-support interaction and its uncertainties for rock tunnels.
