This study aims to determine the Problem-Based Learning model based on the REACT approach to students' 21st-century skills. This type of research is meta-analysis research. The data sources in the study came from the analysis of 13 international and national journals that have been published from 2018-2023. The data source search process is Google Scholar, Hindawi, Eric, ScienceDirect, Springer, and ProQuest. The inclusion criteria in this study are 1) Journals or proceedings indexed by Scopus or SINTA; 2) The type of research is experimental or quasi-experimental research; 3) the dependent variable is the students' 21st-century skills and the independent variable is the problem-based learning model based on REACT; 4) The research has data that can be calculated the effect size value and standard error. Data analysis is quantitative analysis with the help of the JSAP application. The results of this study show that the average effect size value is 1.078 with very high criteria. This finding concludes that the REACT-based problem-based learning model has a significant effect on students' 21st-century skills. The REACT-based problem-based learning model makes students more active and easy to understand learning concepts.

STEM literacy is a competency that students must have in the 21st century. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Virtual Reality-Game based Learning (VRGBL) to enhance junior high school students' STEM literacy. This research is Quasi Experimental Design. The sample for this research was students at Junior High School Class VIII G (experimental class) and Class VIII H (control class) of SMP Negeri 27 Semarang for academic year 2023/2024 odd semester period. The data analysis of this research was focused on the effect of VRGBL on students' STEM Literacy on energy concept. The result of the study shows that STEM literacy for 8th-grade students consists of four components: science literacy, technology literacy, engineering literacy, and mathematic literacy. The results revealed that there is a significant different between the control and experimental group that is Mexp = 83.59, SDexp = 7.54, Mcon = 65.48, SDcon = 7.89, t = 0.00, sig 0.05. The research results showed that VRGBL is effective in enhancing students' STEM literacy in energy concepts with N-gain in the experimental class of 0.57 in the medium category compared to the control class of 0.28 in the low category.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the STEM integrated Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge learning model on the 21st Century skills of high school students majoring in science. This research is a type of meta-analysis research. The sample of this research comes from the analysis of international and national journals indexed by Scopus, SINTA, and DOAJ, totaling 12 journals. The sample search was carried out by searching the google scholar database, Sciencedirect, Eric Journal, Taylor and Francis, Wiley Journal, Sage Journal, and Emerald. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data that can be sampled is related to the STEM-integrated TPACK learning model in 21st Century Student skills. The data analysis technique is a quantitative data analysis technique by calculating the Effect Size (ES) and N-Gain values with JSAP software. The results of the study conclude that the application of the integrated STEM Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge learning model is effective in improving the 21st-century skills of high school students with an effect size value of 1.765 with an N-Gain of 0.56 and an SD value of 0.29. So, the STEM-integrated TPACK learning model is very effectively applied in high school biology learning
