The Relationship between Organisational Culture and Job Satisfaction among Employees of Colleges of Education: The Ghanaian perspective

Abstract: The association between organizational culture and job satisfaction among employees of Colleges of Education was the focus of this paper. The study’s main objective was to determine whether certain aspects of organizational culture have an impact on workers’ job satisfaction.
