“…The result of this study with regard to the significant positive relationship between learning styles and language learning strategies is compatible with those of previous studies (Al-Hebaishi, 2012;Baghban, 2012;Ehrman & Oxford, 1988;Ehrman & Oxford, 1990;Jie & Xiaoqing, 2006;Nosratinia, Mojri, & Sarabchian, 2014;Rossi-Le, 1989;Sahragard, Khajavi, & Abbasian, 2016;Shi, 2011;Tsai, 2012). “…There have indeed been a large number of articles published on the topic. However, the vast majority of the studies, many of them recently published in support of learning styles, have been correlational studies that did not have the ability to test the matching hypothesis, identify interaction effects, or show causation (Al BuAli et al, 2013;Aliakbari and Qasemi, 2012;Amran et al, 2010;Anu and Anuradha, 2012;Breckler et al, 2011;Crawford et al, 2012;Gholami and Bagheri, 2013;Gogus and Gunes, 2011;Katsioloudis and Fantz, 2012;Lehman, 2011;Muscat and Mollicone, 2012;Nguyen and Zhang, 2011;Ozgen and Alkan, 2012;Tumkaya, 2012;Vahid Baghban, 2012;Weng, 2012;Yenice, 2012;Yilmaz and Genc, 2010). Many others were published in predatory, pay-to-publish journals with highly questionable standards for peer review (Cuevas, 2015).…”

Based on the Zohoorian and Baghban (Baghban, 2012) research, learning strategies and learning style preference had a significant impact on one another in which those variables were connected. Next previous research by Feng, et.…”
