Abstract: Objective: Patients with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) have mild cognitive dysfunction. Higher serum uric acid (UA) levels in some diseases are reported to be associated with cognitive impairment. Mean platelet volume (MPV) is an indicator of platelet activation.
