Teachers should change the traditional mode of teaching with the same content, schedule, and method, take note of individual differences among university students, implement hierarchical teaching, and use mobile computing platforms to improve teaching quality, in light of the “polarization” phenomenon that university students are currently experiencing in English learning. The hierarchical teaching mode, as a new type of teaching mode, has the potential to improve the quality and efficiency of English reading instruction in junior high schools. The stratified teaching method, as a teaching mode that can effectively demonstrate the principles of teaching university students according to their intelligence and graded guidance, plays a very important role in improving university students’ English learning level and learning enthusiasm. Teachers must abandon the traditional teaching mode, actively apply the hierarchical teaching method to English reading instruction, and design teaching content that is reasonable in relation to the physical realities of university students in order to contribute to the improvement of junior high school English instruction and the reading ability of university students. To continue to adapt to the development and needs of today’s society, university English teaching should implement hierarchical teaching, cultivate university students’ interest in learning in a variety of ways, and constantly strengthen the exploration and implementation of classroom teaching models.

The purpose of the research is to prove the effectiveness of the use of visualization in the process of teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language to students with clip way of thinking. The following methods have been used, namely: analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization and generalization of scientific literature; testing and surveys; pedagogical experiment; quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, interpretation and generalization of the research results. The essence of visualization means has been revealed; the expediency of their use in the methodology of teaching foreign students the Ukrainian language has been substantiated. It has been proven that the role of Ukrainian teachers lies in considering all new trends in teaching, integrating computer perception of information by foreign students into teaching technology and using cognitive visualization in order to intensify the learning process.

The basic idea of teaching reform and practice is the teaching mode. This research, which is based on POA, examines how higher vocational English is taught under the direction of a new teaching model and assesses the viability and application of using POA to teach English in vocational institutions. This paper establishes an English teaching in vocational colleges model under POA, which consists of three parts: “driving,” “facilitating,” and “evaluating.”Through the improvement of the BP neural network, this research develops the English teaching in vocational colleges quality assessment model under POA, thereby verifying the efficacy of the model. The changes in students’ English achievement are explored through teaching experiments and the two-sided sigmoid curve. A value of 0.007<0.05 in the paired-sample t-test of the experimental class proves that compared with the traditional English teaching in vocational colleges model, the English teaching in vocational colleges model under POA has a more obvious promotion effect on English achievement. The improved BP neural network model produced quantitative assessments of teaching quality that are mostly in line with actual findings. The model is used to evaluate the quality of English instruction in vocational colleges under POA.
