The perspective of work readiness in vocational school students with 21st century communication and collaboration skills

Abstract: The 21st-century skills consist of life and career, study and innovation, and information technology skills. The ability to communicate and collaborate is one of the skills. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of communication and collaboration skills on the work readiness of vocational students. A total number of 350 students were used as respondents.
