The paradigm of emergent qualities of education management as a scientific and technological platform for sustainable development

Abstract: In this paper the factors influencing sustainable development were identified. The influence of emergent qualities of education management on stable development is highlighted. The analysis of the rating of countries by the level of education, the human development index was carried out.
