“…Hence, the core hypotheses of mainstream economics, scarcity and the rational economic man, provoke a divorce from economic phenomena, creating a science which tries to be objective by applying mathematical methods moving away from social complexity and falling into the trap of a dichotomous world vision (Xie, 2020): Economic/non-economic (political and social), work/non-work, State/market, public/private, productive/reproductive, valorized/valueless.
