The need for expatriation and the planning of the process: Organizational looks for sports

Abstract: This paper focuses on expatriation and its influence on the success and failure of expatriates. Thus, the objective of this essay was to conceptualize the expatriation phenomenon, as business necessity and expatriation planning, in order to point out the relation of such phenomenon to the success and failure of the expatriates in the sporting context.
