The aim of this study is to make a general inference by evaluating the studies on whistleblowing for healthcare professionals. In the study, articles made in the last five years were taken into account. With the keywords representing the study subject, a search was made with the help of Google Scholar, EBSCO, ULAKBİM, Science Direct and Scopus databases. PRISMA method was used in the preparation of the systematic review study using secondary data. It has been seen that there are 10 studies in accordance with the criteria determined in the research. It has been seen that the studies stand out as the tendency of whistleblowing, the level of whistleblowing according to demographic variables, and different organizational characteristics that are effective on whistleblowing. It has been observed that health workers are generally willing to whistleblowing and have values above the average. It has been determined that whistleblowing is affected by factors such as organizational justice and ethical values and there are significant relationships.
