The mitochondrial genome of Oreogeton sp. (Diptera: Empididae)

Abstract: The dance fly Oreogeton sp. belongs to the subfamily Oreogetoninae of Empididae. The mitogenome of Oreogeton sp. (GenBank accession number: MK639348) was sequenced, the first representative of the mitogenome of the subfamily. The nearly complete mitogenome is 15,718 bp totally, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes, two rRNAs, and 22 transfer RNAs.
