The mediating role of procedural justice on the relationship between job analysis and employee performance in Jordan Industrial Estates

Abstract: Job analysis and employees' perception of justice have a significant influence on employee performance within an organization. This study examined the relationships between job analysis, job performance, and procedural justice among local employees in Jordan Industrial Estates.
