The Social Internet of Things (SIoT) paradigm has been integrated in the education domain to enable educational IoT devices to establish social relationships and exchange academic services. Nonetheless, the social relationships are not adapted to the educational context where devices must be socially linked based on their academic roles and activities. Furthermore, the exchange of services raises the requirement to implement an access control mechanism. In SIoT, social constraints such as the social relationship type and contact frequency are critical requirements to make an access decision. However, these constraints cannot be specified using the eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) standard as device attributes nor as contextual conditions. In this paper, we propose an Educational Social Internet of Things (EducationalSIoT) platform implemented as an application-specific blockchain where we define new social relationships for educational devices. To control the access to the academic services, we suggest extending the XACML policy model by considering the social requirements, and accordingly, we adjust the policy evaluation process and suggest priority-based combining algorithms. Additionally, our platform ensures the delegation of access permission by defining delegation policies and controlling the delegation operation with consideration of the social features. The simulation results show that by integrating social features, an access request is evaluated in 0.22ms and a delegation request is evaluated in 0.32ms. Finally, we guarantee that our platform is protected against the man-in-the-middle and replay attacks.

The construction of student affairs management informatization is an important part of the management and development of colleges and universities. This paper serves as a proposal and conceptual paper, by analyzing the current influencing factors in the construction of student affairs management informatization in Chinese colleges and universities, it adopts the method of combining system analysis and system design, aiming at putting forward a preliminary improvement strategy for management and administrators, application platform, and data processing. Based on the literature and research, it proves that the improvisation strategy has a positive impact on the construction of student affairs management informatization.

In the decade of Internet of Thing, Machine Learning and Big data we are ready to accumulate lot of sensors and intelligent devices for making our real world environment more accessible, open, transparent and its records are manageable for future purpose i.e. either just for fetching or analyze for future perspective. In contrast, an institutional campus is also ready for fully automation where all the major participants like students, academician, management and others, should be observed as an entity with their different attributes. Meanwhile those campuses are not functioning in isolation, it depends and Interco-related to some other organizations and modules also, so that they have to synchronized and update their data accordingly. Here the whole scenario views from computer network perspective, where all the participating members observed like node and in whole it creates wireless mobile ad-hoc network i.e. MANET. First will understand the campus functioning in short then look at flow of data in this system, then observes the components and their responsibility to categorized and placing them in MANET based architecture. Finally we will select and design algorithm for the whole digital campus system. This is a concept of implementing intelligent technologies to transform any existing environment into smart, here not only institutional campus but many other also can be upgraded or transform into smart like villages, cities, sports or working flow like census, PDS, Disaster Management system etc.
