The study was carried out on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan in areas of natural and natural-technogenic anomalies with an excess content of heavy metals. Purpose of the work: analysis of the reproductive health of women living in the mining geochemical province. Materials and methods. The analysis was carried out on the basis of statistical data of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2000-2020, such as demographic birth and death rates, birth outcomes for women and fetuses, indicators reflecting infant mortality, the frequency of congenital malformations, and the incidence of children in the 1st year life. Results. In all the studied areas, a trend towards a decrease in the birth rate was revealed, and an increase in the death rate is observed. The highest average birth rate was found in Burzyansky (19.8), the lowest - in Zilairsky district (13.1) with the national average of 12.4. During the study period, there was a significant decrease in infant mortality, both in the republic and in the regions of the Trans-Urals. The average rates of infant mortality and the frequency of congenital malformations among newborns in the city of Sibay, as well as the frequency of blood diseases in children of the first year of life in Baimaksky and Khaibullinsky districts, are statistically significantly higher than the national average. Conclusion. For the reproductive health of the population of the geochemical province for the period from 2000 to 2020. characterized by a higher frequency of congenital malformations, infant mortality, blood diseases in children of the 1st year of life compared with the national average.
