This study aims to find out how Curriculum Management in Shaping the Entrepreneurial Character of Santri in Islamic Boarding School Bina Ulama Kisaran Asahan. The method of research that is used is the research field (field research) that is qualitative phenomenology. Results of the study were obtained are planning curriculum At the Bina Ulama Islamic Boarding School, Kisaran is every student who has been accepted at the Boarding School, the foundation will introduce various extracurricular activities in the Boarding School, especially in the entrepreneurial extracurricular activities section. Then for students who are interested in participating in entrepreneurial extracurricular activities, the mu'allim or mu'allima who is in charge will guide and motivate these students. Organizing for the Bina Ulama Islamic Boarding School in Kisaran Asahan is important because with the organization the foundation will be easier to control and evaluate in each field, especially in the field of entrepreneurial activity. Implementation of the curriculum in shaping the character of entrepreneur students in boarding schools Bina Ulama Asahan range there are two phases of practice and theory, but here by mu'allim or mu'allimah as the person responsible for part of entrepreneurship over emphasize practice than in theory. Evaluations were conducted every month by Bina Ulama Boarding School to know what progress and what barriers were faced by those responsible for the respective field of entrepreneurial activities that will be better again.

El presente artículo busca develar las principales expectativas en cuanto a formación avanzada que tienen los directivos docentes en el campo de la gestión pedagógica. Esta información surge desde las voces de los rectores, en procura de configurar escenarios formativos en este campo académico. La investigación es de naturaleza cualitativa, sin discriminar datos estadísticos. Se enmarca en la Teoría Crítica de las ciencias con una intencionalidad comprensiva-transformadora. Se privilegia un trayecto metodológico enmarcado en la perspectiva de la complementariedad multi-metódica, permitiendo el uso de técnicas de investigación como la reunión focal de diálogo, la entrevista a profundidad y el cuestionario. Los actores sociales participantes están representados en 139 rectores del departamento del Magdalena (Colombia). De los resultados se puede leer que entre los rectores existe un gran interés por continuar sus estudios de formación postgraduada y una cualificación profesional a nivel de maestría y doctorado. El mayor sueño o aspiración en el desempeño de los directivos docentes va encaminado al mejoramiento de la calidad educativa. Además, tiene la expectativa por un programa de formación avanzada en el campo de la gestión pedagógica que reconcilie el binomio pedagogía – gestión; un programa contextualizado y adaptado a las necesidades y requerimientos del Territorio; que fortalezca las prácticas de gestión y de liderazgo de los directivos docentes; que se piense desde la interculturalidad, que sea humanista y que enfatice en la planeación y en metodologías innovadoras de la de gestión pedagógica.

The focus of the study is: 1) Communication interpersonal heads of madrassas in decision making and policy improvement of quality ; 2) Factors supporting the communication interpersonal heads of madrassas in the decision -making improvement of quality ; 3) obstacles head of madrassas in communication interpersonal pengamblan decisions and policies quality improvement . The formulation of the problem in this study is how the leadership of the headmaster of MTs Ummi Lubuk Pakam in improving the quality of students and the purpose of this study is to determine the leadership of the principal of MTs Ummi madrasah in improving the quality of students. This type of research this qualitative research and data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that communication interpersonal heads of madrassas run by the well. Head madrassa raised an issue and discussed by listening to the input and output of the entire teachers and residents of the school are related. Head madrassa apply the value of the family to the entire citizens of the madrasa, so that citizens maadrasah feel dihaargai and dibutuhkaan so was born the attitude of loyalty that high directed toward madrasah and a sense of belonging madrasa good so kesdaran to improve the quality of madrasah is born of the whole wargaa madraasah it alone Making decisions that applied the head of the madrassa with a system of deliberation for the sake of generating results that best. Efforts to improve the quality of students who performed at the school by offering several programs -Program madarasah and extracurricular to grow skills and mentality of the participants students with the purpose of generating a graduate of the best of the value of the attitude and knowledge.
