The Labor Market, Employability and Entrepreneurship in the Romanian Public Sector

Abstract: The issue of employability and the development of entrepreneurship presents a real challenge, given that today’s labor market is highly dynamic. Projections made for the next twenty years indicate important changes. The present study capitalizes on a research carried out in the Romanian academic environment, within three universities.
