With the development of new technology, especially the wide application of modern information technology, the internal transformation and upgrading of the industry has been promoted, and new changes and trends have emerged in the international division of labor. The service industry is playing an increasingly important role in the division of labor in the global value chain. Based on the value-added data of the service industry in the TIVA database from 2005 to 2018, this paper uses fixed effect and random effect models to carry out regression analysis on traditional service industry, modern service industry and information technology-based service industry respectively. To analyze the impact of the transformation of the service industry driven by the progress of information technology on the division of labor in the global value chain of my country's service industry. The results show that: the traditional service industry has an inhibitory effect on the rise of the global value chain status; the modern service industry and the information technology-based service industry have a promoting effect. The application of information technology has improved the operational efficiency of China's service industry and won a better position for China in the global division of labor.

Service innovation has become increasingly important in recent years due to the competitive advantage it provides to companies operating in the service industry. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the factors that affect service innovation. In the few studies conducted on different sectors, the relationship between co-production and IT and service innovation has been tried to be tested separately. In this study, the mediating role of coproduction in the effect of information technologies on service innovation in the tourism sector has been investigated. In this way, it will contribute to the literature by investigating the effect of IT (directly and indirectly) and co-production (directly) on service innovation in the tourism sector. In the study data collected from 222 hotel managers were firstly subjected to validity and reliability analysis. Then, mediation analysis was applied within the scope of hypothesis tests. According to the results obtained, coproduction has a mediating role in this relationship. In the study, it was concluded that the IT capabilities of the hotels enable them to create service innovations through production together with online travel agencies.

Selection of Technological Innovation for Service-Orientated Enterprises

Technological innovation is a vital method for enterprises to remain sustainably competitive. Highlighting the emerging information technology such as cloud computing, big data, and Internet of Things (IOT) provides grounds for options of technological innovation for service-orientated enterprises, how could the service-orientated enterprises make appropriate and effective decisions? This paper constructs the evaluation criteria system of a technological innovation scheme selection based on the four-dimensional model of service innovation and uses the hybrid multi-criteria decision model (MCDM) to make systematic selection. That is, to analyze the relationship between every dimension and criteria based on Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method, draw out the network diagram, calculate the weighted ratio of each indicator using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, and finally through integrating the modified VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (mVIKOR) method to order the enterprise innovation scheme. The result of this paper shows that Beacons technology is the best service innovation scheme, and the sequencing of each dimension’s weight is the new service delivery system, new client interface, new service concept, and technology choice. It also, combining with the research conclusion, gives out advice on enterprises’ technological innovation selection process.
