Call centres have a tremendous impact on the operation of various sorts of businesses, especially on call centre agents' capabilities in managing customer demand which can either detract from or increase client pleasure. Unfortunately, the demands of the call centre agent's job have made worker turnover the norm in the sector. Employee turnover is frequently associated with negative consequences and operational burdens for organizations, due mainly to the costs and processes required to facilitate or resolve the discrepancies that it can cause. This study aims to identify the factors that influence job dissatisfaction among Contact Centre agents that can lead to turnover intentions. Hence, this study explored the three factors of employee turnover intentions as supervision, salary, and work conditions among Contact Centre agents in Malaysia. 155 useable questionnaires managed to be collected from the call centre agent in the Klang Valley using convenience sampling. The data were analyzed using Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) version 26 and the result revealed there is a relationship between working conditions and turnover intention. This study will provide benefits to the organization by highlighting the main issues and proposing precautionary action to minimize the turnover intention among the contact centre agents.

Objective: This research investigates the relationship and impact of motivation, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at a leading telecommunications company in Balikpapan, Indonesia within the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.Methodology: Data collection was conducted by sampling the entire population of 113 employees through observation and closed questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested using Smart-PLS.Finding: The independent variables of compensation and motivation demonstrate a significant positive impact on the dependent variable of employee performance. Moreover, compensation and motivation also significantly and positively affect the intervening variables of discipline. The disciplinary variables exhibit a significant positive influence on employee performance. Additionally, discipline plays a crucial role in mediating the relationship between compensation and motivation, leading to enhanced employee performance.Conclusion: Discipline, motivation, and compensation directly affect employee performance while motivation and compensation indirectly influence performance through the mediating effect of discipline. By fostering integrity, employees can enhance their performance and effectively confront the challenges posed by technological advancements in the digital world.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of employee age, wages, and work discipline on the decision to work at Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro Restaurant. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with multiple analysis methods using SPSS software. The population and sample in this study consisted of 32 employees at Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro Restaurant, with a saturated sampling technique used. Data were collected using a questionnaire using the Likert scale with a range of values from 1 to 5. The results of the study showed that employee age, wages, and work discipline have a significant impact on the decision to work. Employee age has a significant impact on the decision to work because the majority of employees at Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro Restaurant are young and productive, thus they have high creativity in completing their tasks and have a high sense of responsibility towards assigned tasks. Wages also have a significant impact on the decision to work because the wages given by Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro Restaurant can meet the financial needs of employees. Work discipline also has a significant impact on the decision to work, because employees who are disciplined in carrying out their tasks can use their time and energy more effectively to complete their assigned tasks.
