Background: Productivity is the goal of every type of organisation, including nursing services. With high nurse work productivity, the service in hospitals will be better, and the quality of health services can be improved. Increasing productivity is one of the main parameters for every organisation to win the competition in the face of rapid environmental changes. Objective: This study aims to analyse the effect of work discipline, organisational justice, and organisational culture on nurse work productivity in inpatient rooms at Type B Hospitals in Serang, either partially or simultaneously. Method: The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of explanatory causality research. The population in this study were all nurses working in the inpatient room of Dr. Dradjat Prawinegara, with a total of 202 people. The sampling method used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique, so the sample size used in this study is 134 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 24. Result: The results of this study indicate that work discipline, organisational justice, and organisational culture together have a significant effect on nurse work productivity in inpatient rooms at Type B Hospitals in Serang. Work discipline has a significant effect on nurse work productivity in inpatient rooms at Type B Hospitals in Serang. Organisational justice has a significant effect on nurse work productivity in inpatient rooms at Dr Dradjat Prawiranegara. Organisational culture has a significant effect on nurse work productivity in inpatient rooms at Type B Hospitals in Serang.

This Systematic Literature Review collects some of the literature that discusses the influence of work discipline. Discipline is a tool commonly used to interact between management and employees so that it can change behavior and become an effort by company leaders to increase awareness and willingness of employees to comply with company rules and applicable social norms. This research aims to explore the literature related to Work Discipline. This research was compiled using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis. The data collection method uses Population, Intervention, Comparison & Outcome (PICO) and data inclusion. Some of the literature obtained was 40 from two sources, Garba Digital Referrals (Garuda) and Scopus with Publish or Perish software tools. Then a screening was carried out, and as many as 30 works of literature were obtained. The results show that most of the literature shows the results of work discipline affecting the dependent variable of each literature (Performance, Productivity and Employee Achievement). Nineteen works of literature on influence performance, three works of literature on productivity and three works of literature on employee performance. On the other hand, one piece of literature makes work discipline a moderating variable. This result can be used as a reference and consideration for policymakers (companies) to pay attention to work discipline.

The domino effect of the post-pandemic period is that many MSME actors who were previously successful have collapsed and even closed, on the other hand from the 2019-2021 Covid-19 pandemic, new MSME actors have grown, even to the point where they immediately opened many branches everywhere. To make MSMEs survive and be able to survive, MSME actors and their employees must remain productive. Every MSME will experience high levels of productivity maintained by disciplined team members. The effect of work discipline is having a strong work ethic will be able to carry out their duties as effectively and efficiently as possible, so that the MSME business can achieve its productivity goals. In addition, the work environment is very important for the MSME business strategy because it functions as a location where employees carry out their daily work activities. In MSME work productivity, motivation is often described as supporting productivity. This study aims to complete the gaps in previous studies by conducting a comprehensive study of the factors that increase the work productivity of MSMEs in Malang Raya which are influenced by work ethic, work motivation, work discipline and work environment. Researchers are motivated to do this research because the work productivity of MSMEs will have a positive impact on the growth of MSMEs.
