In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, effective management of information technology (IT) projects is paramount for organizational success. However, ensuring sustainability in IT project management remains a persistent challenge. This paper proposes a novel approach centered on data-driven strategies to enhance sustainability and excellence in IT project management. By harnessing the power of data analytics, organizations can derive actionable insights to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and streamline project workflows. The integration of data-driven decision making processes enables project managers to make informed choices, fostering adaptability and resilience in the face of dynamic project environments. This research explores the utilization of IT software project performance metrics and historical project data to fuel analysis of how strategies drive business sustainability. Moreover, this paper examined these dimensions with the help of advanced analytics techniques such as multiple linear regression. By aligning IT project management practices with business sustainability objectives, organizations can enhance project success rates, while minimizing adverse environmental impacts and resource consumption. Prospectively, this kind of research should expand to determining factors for the adoption of data-driven strategies to empower organizations to achieve sustainable IT project management excellence, ensuring long-term competitiveness and value creation in a digitalized world.

In modern business conditions most countries of the world have increasingly been adopting policies and strategies that encourage innovation, because they have realized that without systematically encouraging the development of innovation there is no global competitiveness. The Global Innovation Index (GII) is the index which measures the achieved level of innovation of certain countries, based on two sub-indices: the Index of Innovation Inputs and the Index of Innovation Outputs. Both sub-indices include certain pillars, so that the Index of Innovation Inputs includes five pillars, while the Index of Innovation Outputs includes two pillars. This paper analyzes the ranking results of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina according to the global Innovation Index, which is published every year by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as all the pillars of the Global Innovation Index for both countries.

In order to improve both the internal and external functionality of the organization, organizational changes are increasingly sought. Changes are of great importance and without a doubt they are of crucial importance for strengthening and improving organizational efficiency. Organizational changes were always complemented by planned strategies and aligned with the organizational goal. The process of change is very challenging and important for organizations because it represents its path to success. Also, through organizational changes, organizations can be made capable of meeting future consumer demands and competing effectively with other market participants. However, many authors state that the changes are conditioned by a large number of factors. The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of leadership and innovation on the development of organizational changes in organizations in Serbia.
