The Influence of Organizational Silence on Job Burnout: A Practical Study on Shipping Companies in Jordan

Abstract: The current research aims to identify the influence of organizational silence on job burnout in the shipping companies in Jordan. Therefore, the research population consists of (570) managers, their assistants, and heads of departments in the shipping companies in Jordan .whereas, the research sample consists of (230) employees.
