Indonesia is one of the mineral rich developing countries in the world. Indonesia has a large quantity of mineral resources such as natural oil and gas, hard minerals (metallic, non metallic/industrial mineral, coal, and stone), because it is located in the Pacific ring of fire. Mineral and energy commodities have always been giving contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Indonesia besides doing regional development, because of its potential mineral resources. Trade of mineral commodity aims is to gain from trade of mineral to increase economic growth through Balance of Trade (BOT). Mineral commodity markets have been volatile for a long time. The trends of mineral commodity prices have been fluctuated and recently it changed dramatically due to commodity prices to increase within only several years. The aims of this study are to comprehend recent contribution of mining sector to Indonesian economy 1990Indonesian economy -2014 and to analyze forecasting of mineral commodity future prices until 2025. The price trends of commodity mineral is increasing from time to time, but sometimes decreasing because of world crisis, scarcity, and other problems in the world related to mining, trade, and relationship between countries, such as fundamentals matter, including long-run demand growth, technical change that opens up new sources of supply, changes that transform the operation of financial markets, and macro-economic shocks, etc. Mining sector contribute about 6-12% of Indonesian Gross Domestic Product and increasing from time to time. Contribution of mining includes trade of mineral commodity, regional development by companies, etc. It is shown that mining is important for Indonesian economy. Methodology applied in this paper is data analysis using dynamic commodity and macroeconomic models and forecast using linear and polynomial regression with its trend line.

The issue of people with disabilities or people who have different abilities is now known as "diffable" (differently-abled people) or now known as "disability" is a problem that on a practical level rarely gets the attention from the government, companies and community. In fact, the international community really appreciates and respects the protection of the human rights of persons with disabilities. This can be seen in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities which is an international agreement on the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities. This international agreement was adopted on 13 December 2006 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York and opened for signature on 30 March 2007. Indonesia itself has signed the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on 30 March 2007 and ratified on 30 November 2011. The implication is that the state is obliged to guarantee the fulfillment of the right of people with disabilities to find work. The rights for persons with disabilities do not only end there but also include the right to have a work area that is friendly to persons with disabilities. To fulfill these rights, companies are expected to implement corporate social responsibility policies. Corporate social responsibility is a business commitment to act ethically, operate legally and contribute to economic development along with improving the quality of life of its workforce. In this study, it will be discussed how the formulation of corporate social responsibility in the laws and regulations in Indonesia and how to fulfill facilities for disabled workers within the framework of corporate social responsibility policies.

Controlling and Curb of Development: The Case of National Management of Indonesia Mineral Resources

Management control and curb is basically required in securing the success of development and public administration, where integral coordination, integration and synchronization between central and regional governments is necessarily required. Control and curb need to be expanded to sub-regional, regional and international across-country by the existence of global development and require familiarization as well as exemplary in this respect human resources. For successful implementation of control and curb, national management system as a supporting element in decision making is required. In the case of mineral (general mining) development management, the intensive top-down and bottom-up coordination and cooperation between central as well as regional (local) government, private and community is necessarily required toward achieving its added value as high as possible supporting the national income. Especially, tough control and curb in the internal administration in terms of releasing mining permit standard and procedure up to supervision of the mining operation and mining reclamation and mining closure in line with the prevailing law and regulation. The method is performed in this study is based on descriptive and analysis with explanation of examples and cases.
