“…In continuation of our previous works, here, we decided to examine the potential use of the [C 4 C 1 im]Br as an adjuvant in the formation of ABS composed of PEG 400 and K 3 C 6 H 5 O 7 at different temperatures and system compositions. Low viscosity of PEG 400 improves the mass transfer and reduces energy consumptions, while, potassium citrate is biodegradable and nontoxic and can be discharged into biological wastewater treatment plants.…”
