Effect of Trilinolein on Superoxide Dismutase Activity and Left Ventricular Pressure in Isolated Rat Hearts Subjected to Hypoxia and Normoxic Perfusion

Previous dose-response studies in our laboratory found that trilinolein at a concentration of 10~7 mol/ 1 showed the most satisfactory results for myo cardial preservation [10,11], so we chose to use a single concentration ( 10~7 mol/l) in sub sequent experiments examining the antioxi dant effect of trilinolein which also revealed similar results [12].
