The importance of project office in matrix organization

Abstract: Accepting continues business request to have improved quality and decreased price of deliverables, it was mandatory to apply changes of traditional way of working having only functional structured organization without common goals of all function units. Having clear definition of the common goals was precondition for settlement of projects.
