This study is intended to provide an overview of the efforts to analyze the human resources of Non-Formal Education in supporting the service and quality of equality education programs. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis methods and documentation study techniques. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the condition of the equality education program data in Sumedang Regency is quite good for equitable education services and there is a need for improvement and refinement to be able to improve the quality of equality education services in Sumedang Regency, then to describe the availability of human resources for equality education programs..Based on the existence of educators from the supply side, it shows that the availability of human resources is currently quite good and there needs to be improvements in efforts to improve the quality of education services, then to describe the quality of these human resources. resources for equivalence education programs based on academic qualifications and educator competencies. Currently, there is a shortage of education personnel which is a problem in educational services in equal distribution institutions.

This research aims to describe the stages of learning in the concept of lifelong education, the role of education in lifelong education, building interest in digital literacy in learning, and realizing lifelong education through digital literacy skills. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data used were the results of observations and interviews taken randomly in several primary and secondary schools in the East Lombok district. Data triangulation: observation, interviews, and documentation were used in data collection and data verification. The interactive model was used to analyze the data using data collection, data compaction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are that the stages of the concept of lifelong education do not only occur in formal environments but in informal and non-formal environments. The role of language education in lifelong education is that the more a person studies and learns a language well, the better the cultural principles that will be held. Building interest in digital literacy in language learning by getting used to reading in assignments using electronic equipment. Efforts to realize lifelong education through digital literacy skills by promoting learning independence among fellow community members as a parameter of sustainable social development. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C yang fokus pelaksanaannya di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Mumtaz sebagai salah satu penyelenggara pendidikan nonformal di Kecamatan Labuhan Haji. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan pencatatan lapangan. Evaluasi menggunakan model Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) yang meliputi konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan program berjalan sesuai kebijakan pemerintah dan sesuai standar pelaksanaan, memiliki guru berkualifikasi dan metode pembelajaran efektif. Simpulan penelitian bahwa penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C berjalan efektif dan memiliki potensi positif namun perlu perbaikan meliputi akses sumber daya dan pengelolaan waktu, serta dukungan masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan, hal ini penting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan kesetaraan di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) agar lebih efektif Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Pendidikan Kesetaraan, Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat
