Purpose: This study aims to find out how to manage the entrepreneurial potential of the village with the method of building cross-stakeholder cooperation (penta helix), then to improve entrepreneurship skills in an effort to improve the welfare of rural communities. Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework used is entrepreneurship theory, pentahelix theory and community learning center (PKBM). Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses a quantitative approach, namely research based on assumptions, then determined several variables through the right research instruments. The number of respondents was 30 PKBM students. Findings: The results of the study show extraordinary results, meaning that the contributors have proven to benefit from this research, starting from the skill factor in mapping business capabilities, besides showing positive results, meaning that participants have proven to benefit from this research starting from the knowledge aspect of mapping business potential. , determination of marketing strategies, and business management techniques. Research, Practical & Social implications: The practical implication is that the program has succeeded in increasing participants' knowledge of the penta helix principle, the use of various media to market products, and the flow of entrepreneurial capital. loans for MSME development. Implications/Originality/Value: Furthermore, pentahelix-based entrepreneurial management has an impact on increasing the ability of entrepreneurship skills according to the entrepreneurial potential of the existing village, carried out systematically and sustainably, then managing appropriate marketing strategies, and business control techniques.
Implementation of premarital education programs answers the facts of the problems that often occur in the community, especially the lack of premarital guidance to adolescents. Based on preliminary studies, the reasons that often arise from young people are the need for substantial costs to participate in premarital training programs, not least that premarital education conducted by KUA is still limited and not even directly felt by the community. Through the practicum of the course with a project based learning approach, it seeks to create affordable training model products while still prioritizing the achievement of educational goals based on the analysis of community needs. This study aims to describe the management of premarital training programs that emphasize the principle of lifelong education as a public education perspective. This study is a practicum case study research course analyzing training models through a project based learning approach. To reveal the data and information, the researcher applied a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, namely revealing the depth of data and information based on the research formulation and research questions which will be revealed, namely how is the management of premarital training programs for adolescents relevant to the principles of public education? The premarital training system in the cycle is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Of the three cycles, the implementation always begins with a needs analysis, then a prenuptial training design is then prepared, followed by the development of premarital training materials, training and ending with evaluation.
Youth in millennial era has significant role, especially in overcoming social problems, such as unemployment which systematically dominated by the youth in their productive age. The economy wheel of the society will increase rapidly when the youth have the skills (both hard and soft skills) to utilize the resources and potential in the environment. Training could be a media to strengthen and sharpen the youth's skills. This research aimed to empower the youth through an entrepreneurship training based on local potential. This article identified the result and impact of the rural youth entrepreneurship training based on local potential. The research applied descriptive study method and qualitative approach. The techniques of collecting data were interview, literature study, and documentation study. There were five respondents in this research. The result showed that the youth condition from some aspects, such as cognitive, affective, and psychomotor after the entrepreneurship training. The training also was expected to increase the income of the community. In addition, the learners were expected to re-share the knowledge to others, active in social event so that the youth could be more empowered and able to open new job opportunities.
Abstract-Dynamics of learning in the empowerment of farmers is one of the forces and motion are shown with the active involvement of farmers and businesses in the learning process to change attitudes and behaviors to enhance the independence of farming and quality of life. This study aimed to describe the empowering process through learning in group by using the social media facility like Instagram and Facebook for selling commodity product. Conducted in Pagerwangi Village for 20 farmer divided in 4 small group learning. The result of the study are the dynamic of learning are increased which showed by high of attendance of farmer, participation along the training process and willingness to come in facilitating program.
This study is intended to provide an overview of the efforts to analyze the human resources of Non-Formal Education in supporting the service and quality of equality education programs. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis methods and documentation study techniques. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the condition of the equality education program data in Sumedang Regency is quite good for equitable education services and there is a need for improvement and refinement to be able to improve the quality of equality education services in Sumedang Regency, then to describe the availability of human resources for equality education programs..Based on the existence of educators from the supply side, it shows that the availability of human resources is currently quite good and there needs to be improvements in efforts to improve the quality of education services, then to describe the quality of these human resources. resources for equivalence education programs based on academic qualifications and educator competencies. Currently, there is a shortage of education personnel which is a problem in educational services in equal distribution institutions.
