The implementation of dynamic capabilities for small and medium-sized enterprises in creating innovation

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to analyse the adaptation process of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to volatile environment supported with learning, knowledge and innovation.
