Purpose: Based on social cognitive theory, the present study aimed to explore the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on employees' innovative work behavior through the moderating path of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in technology-based SMEs. The study also explains the mechanism through which a firm's innovative environment mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and employees' innovative work behavior. Methods: To pursue the objectives, this study has used data from a sample of 350 supervisor-subordinate dyads working in cross sectional small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in the Jiangsu province of China. Based on social cognitive theory and specific continuum of self-efficacy theory, a conceptual model was developed and the hypotheses were tested with the help of SPSS 20. Findings: Empirical findings recommend a significant positive effect of entrepreneurial leadership on employees' innovative work behavior. The study suggested that firm's innovative environment mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and the employees' innovative behavior. The results also confirmed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy exerts a positive moderating effect on the association of entrepreneurial leadership and employees' innovative behavior. Conclusion: Findings of the present research work have several implications for the management and policymakers of high-tech SMEs who want to augment their employees' innovative behavior in order to compete in a highly competitive and challenging business environment. To the best of authors' knowledge, this work is the first attempt that presents an empirically supported comprehensive model for the development of employees' innovative behavior within entrepreneurial-based high-tech SMEs. It contributes to literature by examining the mediation and moderation process for the development of employees' innovative behavior.

Employee innovative work behavior (EIWB) within organizations plays a key role in achieving the goals of the organization. The current study describes the level of employee innovative work behavior among Facility Management (FM) service providers in Oman and the effect of leadership on employee innovative work behavior before then after an employee motivation has been included as mediator. It focuses on mid-level managers, technicians and supervisors of FM service providers in Oman. Self-structured questionnaire that utilized a set of questions which measure leadership, employees' motivation besides employee innovative work behaviour used as a data collection instrument. Sample size was 320 employees from four FM service providers. The regression analysis identified employees' motivation partially mediates the relationship among leadership and employees innovative work behavior. Additionally, the mean values show that the levels of employee innovative work behavior among employees are moderately high. The outcomes of this paper recommend that leadership, presence an influential-motivation instrument for depicting the innovative work. The current paper offers an insight into workers ' creative change in work behavior arising from leadership and enthusiasm for their career and organization. Besides drawbacks, the paper also addressed the implications.

The rapid changes and developments have affected the dynamics of the education sector. It is not possible to be insensitive to innovation for the education sector who train human resources and which discusses the characteristics of people who can compete in the global. Innovative teachers are seen as creative teachers who can create ideas and contribute to the progress of the school. Teachers with innovative work behaviors can respond to the different needs and characteristics of students by using new strategies to help students express their creativity in learning through innovative teaching. In this context, the aim of this study is examining innovative work behavior levels of teachers and evaluation of various variables. General scanning model is used in the study. The sample group of the study consists of 222 teachers working in private and public schools in the 2017-2018 academic year in Küçükçekmece, İstanbul. "Personal information form" and "innovative work behavior scale" were used as data collection tool in the study. Descriptive statistics, T-Test and Anova Test were used to analyze the data. As a result of the analysis, teachers have high levels of innovative work behavior; private school teachers have a higher score of idea generation and application than public school teachers; teacher who got training in innovation, innovative behavior and creative thinking has a higher innovative work behavior score than others. On the other hand, the level of innovative work behaviors of teachers do not differ according to the working year and the number of in-service training they took. Research findings were discussed and recommendations were made to the education sector and researchers.
