The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the hotel industry in Indonesia

Abstract: The Hotel Industry has had numerous detrimental consequences from the worldwide crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on hotel management and operations in Indonesia. A qualitative approach with semi-structured in-depth interviews was conducted with 13 managerial level participants in the hotel industry.
