The Impact of Nurse Scheduling Management on Nurses’ Job Satisfaction in Army Hospital: A Cross-Sectional Research

Abstract: There are many factors which affect nurse satisfaction level. This study aimed to identify the impact of nurse scheduling management on job satisfaction in Army hospital. This study used cross-sectional approach with total sample of 102 nurses.
