In fact, GSTA1-1 and GSTA3-3 display the highest affinity, showing 20 times higher affinity for DNDGIC (ϳ8 ϫ 10 Ϫ11 M) than all other Mu and Pi variants (1.5 ϫ 10 Ϫ9 M) (23).
