In recent years, with the rapid development of human motion simulation technology and virtual simulation technology, natural human-computer interaction has become the main form of research in the computer industry. Due to the research capabilities and practical value of mobile video technology, it is widely used in advanced fields, such as video animation production, rehabilitation medicine, sports training, and game software, effectively realizing the connection between the three-dimensional world and the simulation world. However, the application of motion imaging technology in teaching activities is not perfect. This article is based on dance teaching, adopts a dance movement analysis method based on vector matching, and uses artificial intelligence technology to create a virtual panoramic scene. Experimental data show that the average recognition rate of gestures is 89.8%, which can meet the gesture switching interaction of working conditions in virtual simulation of equipment operation.

This paper presents the results of research into the impact of information technology (IT) on individual and organizational performances in companies in Serbia: job satisfaction (JS), communication satisfaction (CS), organizational commitment (OCM), organizational trust (ITW), organizational learning (OL) and financial performance (FP). The data were obtained from a questionnaire completed by N = 380 middle managers from 102 companies in Serbia. The methods used for statistical data processing were: descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and the t-test. The main conclusions of the study are: 1. Information technology items in companies in Serbia are slightly above average values. 2. The level of information technology in the company is an indicator of the level of organizational performance in the company. 3. The level of information technology in the company has direct and indirect positive impacts on the level of a number of organizational performances in the company.

In order to solve the problem of adding artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to education, the purpose of meeting the needs of combining artificial intelligence and blockchain technology with modern education is to make up for the lack of artificial intelligence in modern education, improve students’ interest in learning, and cultivate high-quality students. Through practice and analysis in a chemistry class in an experimental school, samples were taken from 821 students in the third grade parallel class, and 39 teachers taught students in accordance with their aptitude; finally, from the average score statistics of the first and second inspections, it can be seen that the intelligent classroom teaching of chemistry has a certain effect on improving the average score of students in parallel classes in grade three.
