The Impact of Leadership on Boosting Employee Creativity: The Role of Knowledge Sharing as a Mediator

Abstract: In this study, we examined the role that knowledge sharing plays in mediating the relationship between the employee trust in leadership and employee innovation in the service sector in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We included 346 people employed in the service industry.
