The Impact of Job Burnout on the Performance of Staff Member at King Abdul-Aziz University

Abstract: Job burnouts have been associated with reduced employee satisfaction and performance. Establishing the causes of job burnout and its effect on staff members of the King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was the intention of the present investigation.
