The impact of harmfulness in work process on safety and health of employed women with regard to the textile industry

Abstract: Dinamika poslovanja modernih organizacija, zahteva proaktivni pristup zaštiti zdravlja i bezbednosti zaposlenih u toku rada, koji će identifi kovati eventualne rizike, otkloniti ih, ili preventivnim delovanjem smanjiti verovatnoću njihove pojave na prihvatljiv nivo.
