The Impact of Era Features and Characteristics on Landscape Painting-A Critical Study of Joseph Turner and David Hockney

Abstract: This study aims at shedding the light on the impact of the technological and cultural features associated with an era on landscape painting. A critical study is carried out analysing the artworks of two British painters lived in two different eras. These are "Joseph Turner" and "David Hockney".
