<p><em>Individual entrepreneurial characteristics, especially as seen from generation to generation, have distinct differences. For example, the younger generation has entrepreneurial characteristics such as wanting to succeed quickly, focusing on instant processes, and easily "following along" with existing trends. This is the primary concern of the implementing team, and it necessitates additional knowledge in developing entrepreneurial characteristics. This training was provided to 20 partner participants from the Amanah Cordova Entrepreneurship School in Pondok Jati Village, South Tangerang. This activity took place on December 11, 2022 and was carried out through face-to-face discussions. This activity's outcomes focused on three key areas: the quality of the material provided, the quality of the activity process, and the quality of the resource persons. According to the indicators of the quality of the material provided, the participants thought the material was good enough to be used later in entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the participants felt that the activity was going well overall, based on the quality of the activity process indicators, and that it was able to provide them with additional knowledge about the characteristics of entrepreneurship. The good manner and attitude of the resource persons in conveying the material was an important point that was highly rated by all participants in terms of the quality of the resource persons. Characteristic formation and improvement are dynamic, mirroring the dynamics of business competition. As a result, this activity can be performed on a regular and continuous basis.</em></p>

At present, the research on the influence mechanism of psychological capital on farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior is relatively mature. However, the relationship between farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior and macroeconomics by entrepreneurial psychological capital (PsyCap) is still unclear. Based on this, firstly, this work analyzes the entrepreneurial PsyCap in detail. Secondly, the research hypothesis is put forward and a conceptual model is implemented. A questionnaire is designed to analyze the current situation of farmers’ entrepreneurial PsyCap and entrepreneurial behavior. Finally, a structural equation model (SEM) is implemented to explore the relationship between farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior and macroeconomics. The path test of the SEM is utilized to obtain the following. Macroeconomic growth has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior. Macroeconomics can affect farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior to varying degrees by affecting the four entrepreneurial PsyCap of farmers’ subjective cognition, Tenacity, hope and open-mindedness. This indicates that entrepreneurial PsyCap plays an intermediary role between farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior and macroeconomics. The purpose of this work is to explore the relationship among farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior, macroeconomics, and the role of entrepreneurial PsyCap through empirical analysis, thereby providing a theoretical reference for the subsequent country’s optimization of farmers’ entrepreneurial strategies.

Entrepreneurship innovation is found many times in the literature, but empirical research on the growth and development of start-ups is underdeveloped. Many studies have pointed out that the rate of the launch of start-ups being high and start-ups not able to survive is highly correlated. This article is a modest attempt to bridge this gap by identifying the entrepreneurial factors affecting the performance of early-stage start-ups based in Uttarakhand. This is an exploratory study based on the primary data collected from a sample of 147 start-up founders. A self-administered questionnaire, including 18 Likert items for three independent variables was used and pilot-tested which subsequently came down to thirteen after deleting five items. A random sampling technique was applied to choose respondents from the Dehradun and Haridwar districts of Uttarakhand state. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, with the help of SPSS software (version 23). Multiple regression analysis was used to analyse the impact of three extracted factors on the performance of start-ups. The study has revealed that the leadership skills, technical skills and marketing skills of entrepreneurs significantly contribute to the performance of start-ups in Uttarakhand state.
