The Impact of Dynamic Capabilities on Organizational Effectiveness

Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the impact of dynamic capabilities constructs i.e. sensing capability, learning capability, and reconfiguration capability on organizational effectiveness in the selected Iraqi public universities context.
